By creating an account on aec67, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Promotions are subject to change, amendment, or withdrawal at any time. aec67 is not obligated to continue any promotion beyond its stated end date. Players who have accepted a bonus and are mid-way through satisfying wagering requirements will not have their bonus voided solely due to the promotion ending, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise or the player is found to have violated these Terms.

Bonuses are credited in BDT and form a separate balance from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless account settings specify otherwise. Players may decline a bonus at the time of deposit if they wish to avoid any wagering restrictions on their deposit funds.

aec67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing. In the event of account suspension, aec67 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered email address or mobile number within 72 hours, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspicion of bonus abuse, fraud, money laundering, or collusion; identification of an underage account holder; account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months; and receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their aec67 account voluntarily — whether permanently or as a self-exclusion measure — may do so by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Voluntary closures requested as self-exclusion are processed with priority and take effect within one hour of the request being confirmed.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a period of 24 consecutive months. aec67 will attempt to notify the account holder at least 30 days before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month. Notification will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number. Players who re-activate a dormant account by logging in will not be subject to further dormancy fees for that calendar month.

Appeals: Players who believe their account has been closed or suspended in error may submit a formal appeal by contacting aec67 support via email at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of the aec67 compliance team within 5 business days. aec67's decision on all appeals is final.
